While working as an auditor for a major title insurance underwriter, I noticed two things.  First, many title agency owners had trouble understanding the escrow accounting process and its importance.  Second, most of those who outsourced their escrow accounting did not receive enough help from their service providers in understanding escrow accounting issues.

I decided that a new solution was needed, and thus was born Desert View.  With a focus on helping clients understand the process and their responsibilities, we are the leader in escrow accounting.
